How Can Recurrent UTI And Urge Incontinence Be Treated?

I have frequent UTI and Bladder infections, and suffer from incontinence and urgency..I have done physical therapy to help me address this problem, and I m thinking of having surgery but don t understand if that can help both problems. I am 66 yrs old, weigh 220 lbs. and I know weight affects this, also diebetic.? What do you think about surgery? Could it help my problems?

Of course surgery helps to resolve tve problem of incontinence . Meanwhile try to keep diabetes under control because an uncontrolled blood sugar leads to mycotic uti that are difficult to cure and became recurrent if not controlled diabetes.
