How Can Recurrence Of Hepatitis C Infection Be Prevented?

I have been cleared and cured of hepatitis C in 2014 however I have cirrhosis. I have had no symptoms in the past 30 years. My meld score is 7 at this time I am 67 still feel good but I like occasional wine and martini.. This disease is in the back of my mind any suggestions? I am and have been under regular doctors care and have been cured with Harvoni in 2014. YYYY@YYYY
