General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is good that Rectopexy with Thiersch's stitch helped you well for rectal prolapse of long duration. The feeling of no complete evacuation is one of the known sequels.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:

- Consult your operating Surgeon for examination like ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Barium Enema helps.
- Now-a-days defecating MRI or CT scan can be done to see for the exact problems.
- Regular enema can help to regularize.
- Change of diet, avoiding stress and anxiety can help you further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
