How Can Razor Burn In The Pubic Area Be Treated?

I have severe razor burn on my pubic area from using a 4 blade razor and not enough shaving cream I think. It burns when I pee and I have developed a little bit of a raw blister patch on my front vaginal area on the edge of my right side. Have been taking ib profen and applying baby powder with cornstarch to keep it dry. Would you recommend using hydrocortisone?

Dear patient
pubic area is considered contaminated area because of proximity of anal canal and urethral opening. I would advise cleaning with betaine solution daily. keep the area dry with sprinkling of betaine powder. oral course of antibiotics such as cefixime 200 mg twice a day for 5 days should be taken. if not healed within a week please consult gynecologist nearby you and get yourself examined.
