How Can Psoriasis Be Treated?

can you suggest otc medication for psoriasis. I am so tired so scratching because of being itchy and having white flakes over my dark tops. It is so annoying I cant handle it anymore. I want it gone yesterday. its on the base of my scalp right near the tops of my tops on my shirts. Bottom of my scalp on my head.

Try out some salicylic acid cream. I would suggest u to have a balanced diet and stay away from stress since it is also a cause triggering the lesions. Keep the area clean, apply salicylic acid cream multiple times till ur rashes lighten up.
