How Can Psoriasis Be Treated?

hi I have been dealing with a type of skin rash, psoriasis, but gets inflamed and itchy. I have been to naturopath, on a elimination diet, Had to take predizone and antibodics for 10 days. With stress of Christmas and eating a small amount of sugar, complex carbs, the rash is back and increased. I am on many vitamins, but also have to take Benadryl every 4 hours. I eat only organic fruit , veggies, no caffeine, alcohol , dairy , wheat or night shades veggies. Emotional things trigger an out break. I also do colonics, acuputure, and massage, pray, mediate , read the Bible.

Hi,
As you may know, psoriaris is a lifelong condition, triggered by many causes.
I can see that you have tried everything, from medical treatment, dietary changes and lifestyle changes.
I would recommend you to keep on doing your best to prevent rash eruptions, and I would strongly recommend you to see a Dermatologist. He will prescribe a chronic treatment to prevent the sudden eruptions, and to help you live a calmer life. Nowadays we have very good local and systemic treatments to whom psoriasis responds very well. Salicylic acid ointments have shown very good response on chronic conditions, but your Dermatologist will be able to guide you through different lines of treatment and find the best that helps your condition
I hope I have answered your question.
I wish you good health.
