General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do not apply vinegar or other corrosive substances to his body. It can damage the delicate skin of the baby. Most often it can be a baby acne or heat rash. Generally it will subside by it own even without treatment. You can apply calamine lotion or alo vera lotion for symptomatic relief. If rashes persist for long, consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
