hi this is vikas 26 married male from india. i got married since last year and one thing i noticed that i stimulate so early that i feel to ejaculate but though try to control for some time but it is not satisfactory. after ejaculating my whole semen comes out from my partner's inside. she is not able to get pregnant as we are trying from the last 3 months. please help us.

timing is not important for pregnancy and semen will come out of vagina after sex because there is not enough space in the vagina to accommodate the whole ejaculate. Get your semen examined in a pathology lab and revert back.
