How Can Premature Ejaculation At The Age Of 63 Be Treated?

I am a 63 year old man in excellent health, save for one thing... premature ejaculation. It s frustrating and I believe that it will eventually damage my marriage as my wife becomes ever more frustrated too. Honestly, is there anything I can do to last longer? I am not on any meds of any kind, never have been.Simply no drug history, leagal or otherwise.

hello, there are various factors that lead to it both psychological and vascular, sometimes even anxiety leads to it so you need to calm yourself down.you can also start by avoiding alcohol which might aggravate it. also you can use a 'squeeze and stop technique".If all these things dont work then you may go on to further investigations and taking medicines accordingly. hope this helps.
