How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I m 22 years old, Please help me, I just want to know if am I really pregnant? Because I m 15 days late, my last period was march 23,2017 and I should have my period last April 23,2017 but until now I dont have my menstration? and this morning I thought I have my period because my panty is wet and I feel that there is something liquid in my panty so I checked it then but only to found out that it is not my period istead it is a watery or something like colorless white blood but I didt feel like sore of breast and vomit instead I just experiencing that I always have to go to C.r and I have to pee all the time? And It is so hard for me to make a bowel movement? What does it means ? I already tried PT but the result is invalid there is no result even 1 or 2 lines, nothing. Please help me.

i had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
To ensure pregnancy need to be done pregnancy test and or do usg examination of the obgyn. The symptoms you mentioned can indeed be a symptom of pregnancy but also can be premenstrual symptoms.
The symptoms you mentioned may occur if you are experiencing stress, so your periods are delayed and symptoms appear as you mentioned earlier.
but you also mentioned having done a pregnancy test but did not appear any lines indicating that the test was an error. I suggest you repeat the pregnancy test again with a different brand and done with the first urine examination in the morning.
Because at that time urine contains pregnancy hormone that is hcg beta highest. But the need to remember pregnancy test can only give positive results if the hormone levels of pregnancy hcg above 25 mIU / ml. So if the hcg pregnancy hormone levels below it can give a false negative result. if the result still negative, you can try pregnancy test again after 3 days to make sure it. If it is still negative it usually indicates you are not pregnant.
