How can pregnancy be confirmed?

Hi my boyfriend has this so called dry orgasm, at times there s very few drops that comes out during orgasm and the consistency is watery. We don t use use condom everytime we have intercourse. Is it possible I can get pregnant? I am still waiting for my period this month which is 2-3 days delayed and I never miss a period. My last period was on sept 13. I did an hcg test first urine this morning and yesterday and both are negative.

The answer to your question is as follows:
It is very likely that you are NOT pregnant. According to your story, various arguments support such a conclusion, as follows:
1. The amount of your boyfriend's sperm is quite small, according to what you say. This reduces the chances of a pregnancy because of the higher the sperm volume and the number of spermatozoa the higher the chances of pregnancy and vice versa.
2. The consistency of your boyfriend's sperm is watery, suggesting for low concentration of spermatozoa in it, thus further diminishing the chances of a pregnancy.
3. You said you never missed a period or your period are highly timely. But the current delay could be due to stress or other factors, and the delay could be caused by a myriad of factors besides pregnancy.
4. Quick pregnancy tests are very accurate, and they spot a pregnancy in more than 99% of cases. Therefore, if the pregnancy test is negative it means that you have very very low chances of being pregnant.

However, there is nothing absolutely certain in this world. Having this in mind, your pregnancy can not definitively be ruled out, but there is an extremely low chance for you to be pregnant at this time, even though you had unprotected sex right in the middle of your cycle.

To be sure, repeat the quick pregnancy test and if it comes out negative again, then the pregnancy should be almost surely ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
