How Can Post Nasal Drip Be Treated?

So I feel like I have mucus lodged into my soft palate and it’s causing a lot of pain and irritation so I wanted to know the sulotion? I’ve searched online and it’s recommened to use a Neti pot but I don’t have one so is there any other way I can get rid of it?

Hi. Post nasal drip is one of the symptom for sinusitis. you need a thorough ENT examination with x ray PNS to identify if there is sinusitis. It is advicible to take plain stem twice a day and avoid dust. If the mucus is very thick you can take simple mucolytes (Cap Mucolyte) for thinning the secretions. Myculyte + stem in comination gives symptomatic relief for you a lot. But ENT examination is mandated but not very urgent. Thank u
