How Can Post Nasal Drip And Sinusitis Be Treated?

I went to urgent care Friday due to an earache and some congestion. The doctor diagnosed it as a sinus infection with post nasal drip and put me on antibiotics amoxicillin for 10 out my 2x a day. I still am having difficulty hearing out my right ear. It s starting to worry me because it seems to be getting worse instead of better. It feels like when your ears pop when your on a plain and I can barely hear everything sounds distorted

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Saline nasal sprays can help moisten your nasal passages and reduce symptoms of postnasal drip. -Use cortisone steroid nasal spray.
-Use sinus irrigation tools like neti pots
-Drink liquids
