How Can Pleurisy Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with pleurisy a couple months ago, ibuprofen was prescribed and it got better, except I still have pain with cardio activities such as tennis. Should I go back to the doctor to see if I need a round of antibiotics? Or could it be something else?

After treatment of pleurisy still you have problem of pain than consult a pulmonologist for clinical examination.
Auscaltation of respiratory sound helpful in diagnosis..
chest x ray can done if needed...
Consult a pulmonologist for further treatment.
