How Can Platelet Count Be Increased?

My son aged 18 yrs, had dengue fever with thphoid detected 0n 11th sept 17, had fever 102F for about 4 days and seems well now for last 4days. his platelets were 1.85L on 11th Sept then dropped to 1.55L. now his platelets is at 90L for last two days. he get IV NS one bottle every day. please advise when can his platelets inprove (how many days and what steps we should take. he is fine but weak. thanks

typhoid can be treated with tab ciprofloxacin and avoid aspirin group of drug and maintain hydration for dengue
