How Can Pimples On The Back Be Treated?

Good Evening, How can I treat pimples on my daughter s back. She is 14 and has scratched them all and created multiple small scubs (50cm/0.25cm circunferences approx) caring. More coming aside of those and more itches from it as scubs. Now all her back is like if it is a heavy acne. But there are not infections or pus just normal small pimples from greasy back due to stress. Thank you. Worried mom.

@ Follow simple foot steps for early recovery
# keep the part clean with antiseptic liquids , dry
# wear her clean , cotton , dry clothes
# avoid direct exposure to sunlight
# application of Miconazole (1%) dusting powder 3 times a day
# plenty of liquids , balanced nutritious diet
# benadryl preparations take good care of itching
# need of systemic antibiotics has to be evaluated by in person
examination
