The feeling of bad breath is really embarrassing. All the test reports will invariably come as normal. The causes are many which needs to be ruled out starting with the common problems. Get your ENT Examination done. If after taking anti-reflux treatment also if it persistent, get an endoscopy or Barium Swallow X Ray examination of the food pipe. Many times if there is diverticulam (pouch) developed in the food pipe, the food gets lodged there and due to decomposition you may get bad breath, but this test should be done after ruling out ENT examination.
Hope the above guides you in treating your problem.
Thanking you,
