How Can Peripheral Neuropathy Be Treated?

I have had neuropathy in my feet for about a year. The big and second toe were not affected before, but now seem to be going numb as well. I am not diabetic, and my blood work has come back fine. I have been on Norco for an extended period of time for chronic neck issues. Could it be from extended use of Norco? I initially thought it might be from my neck issues, but was told it wasn t likely. Wondering what I can do to reverse or diagnose it.

Dear
I understand the situation we are going through here.Though Norco belongs to the class of narcotic analgesic, but no significant side effects or withdrawls has been noted usually. Yes to some extent dependency might happen. Now are we having our Vit B12 normal in the tests? .Cyanocobalamine(vit B12) as it is called is quite necessary for the over all growth & conduction of nerves. Its deficiency might lead to numbness, tingling etc in the periphery.
More over in such cases we also advise for a NCT(nerve conduction Test),plz consult your physician as well.
Hope this helps
Most welcome for further queries.
