How Can Peripheral Neuropathy Be Treated?

I just received an Rx from my pain management doctor. I do not recall the purpose of XYZBAC 30 x 1-5-50mg Tab. I have peripheral neuropathies in legs and feet bilaterally. He also had two (2) tubes of Diclofenac Sodium Gel 3% as a topical (30 mg) cream/gel for irritated superficial nerves. I have just of Methylcobalamin. Do you any info on it as well? Thank you VERY much. Frank Pagano

What is the cause of your peripheral nuropathy. Do you have Diabetes, or low back ache? In general Peripheral Nuropathy can be managed by taking Cap Pregabalin 75 mg one at night after dinner. This is the minimum dose. If after 2 to 3 weeks, there is not much improvement, the dose can be increased to one cap after breakfast and one after dinner. Methylcyanocobalamine 1500 one after breakfast can also be taken with cap pregabalin.
In addition, please keep the skin of your feet soft be either petroleum jelly ( Vaseline), or any other skin softner. Please wear soft, pressure distributing insoles in your foot wear. Materials like Poron, Silicon, Platazote, EVA are good.
