General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to evaluate the cause for parenthesis. We have to rule out conditions like neuropathic causes. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. We have to get an MRI scan for further assessment.

You have to make sure that the blood sugar level is under control as uncontrolled diabetes can cause parenthesis and nerve weakness.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
