General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Treatment of pancreatitis depends upon the extent of the damage. It is medical treatment in some and surgical in others. Kidney stones may be formed by the same pathology, which is causing pancreatitis as cholesterol stones. And the second thing is that kidney stone may be forming due to drug you are taking to treat pancreatitis. So please visit a surgeon he will guide you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
