My son, who is 42, has been having heart palpitations for over a year and they seem to be getting worse. He has been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, has had every heart test and all are normal, has seen a sub-specialist for electrical issues in the heart and has been diagnosed as normal . Is there anything he can eat or do to help the palpitations subside?
