How Can Painful Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I have severe internal and external hemmroids. And they have got to the point they are a constnt server irritation and pain for me. I dont know what I should do because I can not afford for surgery but I do feel surgery is necessary. I have tried almost every over the counter medications and don t know what to do now.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take warm baths.
-Over-the-counter wipes or creams with witch hazel can soothe pain and itch with no side effects.
-acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen, could help with soreness.
-Wear loose, soft underwear.
