Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take warm baths.
-Over-the-counter wipes or creams with witch hazel can soothe pain and itch with no side effects.
-acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen, could help with soreness.
-Wear loose, soft underwear.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.
