General Surgeon 's  Response
You could be having the feet pain due to either heel spur or Plantar Fasciitis. In all probability, it could be plantar fasciitis. for the management of this condition, you must do gradual plantar fascia stretching exercises, of which three are good. You should do then each for 4 to 5 minutes morning and evening. You can consult a Podiatrist for the proper method of doing these or get it from the internet. Another important aspect is to wear soft insoles, pressure distributing insoled foot wear at all times. This will help both plantar fasciitis and heel bone spur.
