I have painful chronic/recurring breakouts on both arms from wrist to elbow that present as large pimple like bumps that are very tender to the touch. They eventually become itchy and break opened. The contain almost clear liquid. The feel like large acne or pimples but have no hard center or lump. Most scab over and heal but re occur in the same exact spot a week later been happening for several months. Bumps occur in almost the exact places on both arms.
