How Can Pain On The Right Side Of The Back Be Treated?

here is what happened, i got into a physical fight with my ex. i got thrown down on some concrete stairs, cant recall if i landed on my back or my right side. Its now been 3 days ago, i woke up from a nap a about 2 hrs ago and my right part of my side, like right below where my bra sits. It is like no pain ive ever experienced, hurts like hell. Like a knife is stabbing me non stop.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
thanks for choosing hcm
I understand your concern
you need to take painkiller as well as muscle relaxant like tizanidine. I would also suggest you to have your chest xray done so that the possibility of fracture of ribs is ruled out too. Take care of your self and use medicine on time and if you want to apply painkiller on hurting area then it will be good option for pain relief.
i hope i answered you querry in detail, if you find it useful the do give a five star feed back :) Enjoy healthy life!
