Hello,

Fall may lead to injury to medial collateral ligament injury or capsule tissue laceration or annular ligament of radial head injury etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
