How Can Pain In The Lower Back And Legs After An Injury Be Treated?

I had a severe fall landing on my buttocks and since that time have suffered spasms in the lower back and also lower back pain and pain radiating down both legs, and sometimes burning sensations at the back of either hip and back region. I had an mri showing spondylosis with radiculopathy in the lumbar region. Can you surmise that the fall initiated the pain in the lower back area since I did not have pain there before the fall
