How Can Pain In The Legs And Knees Be Treated?

I went hiking over the weekend and thought maybe I was just sore from hiking so much but my leg hurts really bad it will just give out while I m walking I almost fell several times today and it doesn t feel sore it s more painful. It feels heavy around the knee area it feels stiff which sounds weird if I m stepping on a ladder I normally use my right leg first but I can t it hurts and won t hold up If I straighten it i feel pain then my toes and foot cramps up. It hurts to bend it. I m 21

Cannot say without an exam. But leg instability is a serious feature. There can be a variety of causes such as simple muscle fatigue, or electrolyte imbalance, or tissues actually broken like tears in tendon and/or cartilage.
