Hello, I m 65 years old and have progressive scoliosis. Pain in my back isn t a major problem. Instead, I have experienced increasing pain in my legs and feet especially when I climb and descent stairs. Several years ago, a neurologist did a nerve conduction study and diagnosed lumbar stenosis. I went to another doctor recently for a 2nd opinion. He said the results don t indicate stenosis. What should I do now? Would my GP be able to compare both results or do I need to get another opinion from a 3rd neurologist? I also had blood chemistry done and the ANA results were high. I have an appointment with a rheumetologist in May to see if the pain could be attributed to arthritis.
