How Can Pain In The Leg After A Knee Replacement Surgery Be Treated?

I had a full knee replaced and I have a lots of nerve pain in my entire leg I have no feelings of my leg and most of my pain is pins and needles so my doctor had give me the medication GABAPENTIN 300 MG CAPS IN MY FIRST WK I WAS TAKING ONE THEN AFTER ONE WK 2 THEN AFTER 3 A DAY IN THE FIRST WK I HAD PAIN IN MY STOMAGE THEN IT WHEN AWAY KNOW AFTER 3 WKS EACH TIME I GET UP AFTER SITTING FOR 20 MINUTES I HEAR IN MY YEARS NOISES LIKE ONE THOUSAND BEES FLYING IS THIS NORMAL?
