How Can Pain In The Head After An Injury Be Treated?
Hi I had a severe blow to the head 8 years ago when I pulled the car boot lid onto my head. It as very sore at the time but no bleeding. Several weeks later my head felt sore .. like when a hair parting is moved. I found a long bump running more or less centrally from the front of my head back about 4 inches. there was a dent either side. This has nevr subsided . At times I feel as though the dent is widening particularly at one side of the bump. Is that possible. I am 54 years old and am about 5 2
Consult a physician and get a CT scan to look for any late or missed injury. As of now you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for symptomatic relief.
