How Can Pain In Forearm And Wrist Be Treated?

I ve been woken up by pain in right forearm for the past couple nights. It s not extremely crippling pain but it s enough to the potent where I can t ignore it and sleep through it until it s gone. I recently sprained this wrist and I m not sure if that has something to do with it.

Hello,

Yes, you guessed it right. it is related to a wrist sprain. Due to injury at the wrist, there will be muscle wasting in the Forearm muscles which needs attention to regain the normal strengthening. As sprain in the wrist always makes the Forearm muscles weaker. Once done things should be fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
