How Can Pain And Swelling In The Testicle Due To Acute Epididymo-orchitis Be Treated?

Diagnosed with acute epididymis orchitis...pain and swelling in the right testes 29 days ago. Had usg which indicated partial regression in swelling. Mild pain twice a day . On antibiotics for 29 days straight. But on 30th day when I was cleaning smegma I ejaculated and now I am scared . Please help.

Hi,

I suggest you try aspirin and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It will provide some relief from the pain. If the pain gets worse, I suggest you see a doctor.
