Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have migratory arthritis. It has acted up after years in remission. I ran out of medication, saw my local internist. She did not want to renew the prescription as it was old and newer meds are available, wants me to see a rheumatologist. However I cannot get an appointment with a rheumatologist until JUNE! My hands are in pain and my feet and ankles are swelling. She gave me Vimova for pain. But I also had naproxen (same) and a sulpur drug for the arthritis. Is there anything I can do? I'm calling doctors all day today with no results for an appointment.
