How Can Pain And Stiffness In The Neck Be Treated?

Hi.. My neck hurts.. Itz kinda stiff.. My doctor suggested to take ZERODOL-SPAS along with RANITIDINE ACILOC.. My neck was fine at the beginning but later i felt the stiffness and itz hard to sleep.. Can t even turn sides.. or even to get up from the bed itz difficult.. D thing is this is the first day after my medicine.. Should i wait for 2 more days as my doc suggested?

Since this is the first day of taking medicine, continue with the medicines prescribed by your doctor as suggested.
If there is no relief in spite of that then you may have to get a xray of the neck done to look for cervical spondylosis.
