How Can Pain And Bruising Caused By Fracture Be Healed?

I was in a car accident three months ago with a open dislocated ankle. I hit both my knees on the dash board. They were scraped and bruised but no fracture. It still hurts to kneel on my left knee. It hurts on the medial side of my patrols. Any thoughts on what my pain is?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a meniscus rupture (inside the joint). For this reason, I recommend consulting with an orthopedist and performing a knee joint MRI in order to examine better your joint ligaments and meniscus.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
