How Can One Treat A Thickened And Heterogeneous Endometrium?
Hi Please explain the results of my ultrasound Endometrium measures 15.1 mm thickened and heterogeneous with an echogenic structure within the endometrial cavity measuring 1.1 x 0.6 x 1.2 cm Feeding vessel seen consider endometrial polyp Impression: Normal sized anterverted uterus with thickened and heterogeneous endimetrium Normal bilateral ovaries with corpis luteum on the left. your ovaries are normal
there is a grape like structure arising out of the wall of uterus and this is in cavity of uterus
i suggest that it should be removed via hysteriscopic surgery and that grape like thing should be biopsied under microscope to know about exact nature of that
if you have completed your family then you may also undergo uterus removal called hysterectomy
