Hi Please explain the results of my ultrasound Endometrium measures 15.1 mm thickened and heterogeneous with an echogenic structure within the endometrial cavity measuring 1.1 x 0.6 x 1.2 cm Feeding vessel seen consider endometrial polyp Impression: Normal sized anterverted uterus with thickened and heterogeneous endimetrium Normal bilateral ovaries with corpis luteum on the left. welcome to hcm .. your ovaries are normal there is a grape like structure arising out of the wall of uterus and this is in cavity of uterus i suggest that it should be removed via hysteriscopic surgery and that grape like thing should be biopsied under microscope to know about exact nature of that if you have completed your family then you may also undergo uterus removal called hysterectomy if you have any further query then you can come back to this site .i will be happy to help you with regards dr varinder joshi
