How Can One Taper Off Of Dilaudid?
I have chronic pain and have been been using pain medicine for years. I have always been careful but now I want to taper off and I don t know how. I m currently only taking (1) 4 mg tablet of Dilaudid per day only. How do I taper off of that small amount?
