Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain tobacco and alcohol intake and also both in combination has very deleterious effects over the body and oral cavity and can cause oral cancer and alcohol can damage liver which you are already suffering from..

As you are severely addicted to tobacco intake sudden cessation can cause withdrawal symptoms and you can loose patience and habit can continue..

Therefore you can stop chewing tobacco and in place of it you can chew nicotine containing chewing gums, sugar free chewing gums and sunflower seeds..

You can also put nicotine patches over the skin as they will help in reducing craving as they will release small amounts of nicotine in blood and will keep the craving under control..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
