How Can One Grow Taller?

Hi, I am now 20 and a half years old and I think I am short, only 165cm tall. Is there anything I can do to further increase my height, say, to 170cm, through natural means? I have learnt that vertebral longitudinal growth is not under the epiphyseal plate mechanism. Is it true? Can I therefore increase my spinal height even if my long bones growth plates have closed? Thank you
