General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Symptoms of hypothyroidism subside gradually with intake of thyroxine tablets. Focus on keeping your TSH level in a normal range. Secondly, numbness is not associated with hypothyroidism. Keeping your limb in a specific posture for longer duration results in numbness & tingling sensation.
For hairfall solution, consult a dermatologist as your thyroid is under control. Thanks
