good morning sir i am marghabandhu, 53 years old now my weight is 115 kg and obesity just now i take blood test sugar fast 121 and pp 204 . my father mother and grand father mother not suffering diabeties. i am only now suffering what i do sir, please advice to me sir,

helli dear,
i understood your concern.
i need to know any doctor diagnosed you as diabetics.
and your are any treatment for it.
if test reports is your first one.
according to this report your are not still diabetic.
for diabetic fasting should be more than 127
post lunch should be more than 200
hb a1c more than 6.5.

for now get one hba1c done.

diabetics milletus is not alway family related.
anyone can get diabetics.

according to your reports .
you can get diabetics in future.
for now .
follow my advice.
1)regular exercise or walking for 30 to 1 hr daily.
2)consumption of less food at regular interval .
than heavy meals.
for any queries ask again.
