Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fibroids are benign smooth muscle tumors of the uterus. Most women have no symptoms while others may have painful or heavy periods which is the main reason for surgical intervention. Nabothian cyst is a mucus-filled cyst on the surface of the cervix. In most cases it causes pain during intercourse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
