How Can Numbness On The Shin And Ankle Be Treated?

Have have numbness on my shin and ankle after a seemingly severe siatic attacked. Its been two months. Feels like my leg is swollen but is not. Its worse at night. Anti-inflamatories help and if I stand to long my lower back hurts. Stretching on the floor helps. I need help with proper stretching and rehab exercises

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Correct deficiency take B-12 injection 4 times weekly upto one month and once a month afterwards.
2)Do full blood count with differential
3)Do make a MRI scan to ruled out all pathological causes in spinal cord.
