Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 60 years old and have drenching night sweats and a hypo-thyroid. I m told I should just get used to the night sweats, but that s ridiculous. This has been going on for 15 years and I have to change 2 to 3 times a night. What kind of doctor should I be looking for. I m thinking an Endocrinologist.
I read your query and I understand your concern. You should visit a endocrinologist to cure the hypothyroidism may be you should be taking Levothyroxine. You will be better after taking it.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka
