How can nerve conduction discrepancy be treated?

My urologist has tested my bulbocavernosis reflex and found that a have a nerve contraction discrepancy. I have completed nine and a half weeks of daily image guided radiation therapy for prostate cancer. ED is a problem. Is there anything that can be done to strengthen that reflex?

Hi,

Nerve damage and erectile dysfunction can happen after prostate surgery.

A slight improvement can be obtained form exercises, however complete recovery is not possible.

You can consult a urologist for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
