How Can Neck, Arm And Ear Pain Be Treated?

hi g d night,i had an EKG done by an emt on saturday 19th due to pain in my neck jaw numbness in my left arm and chest pain,the results showed T wave abnormality consider anterior ischemia and T wave abnormality,consider inferior V1 low voltage QRS. i am currently getting pain in left side of my neck and arm getting an echoing pain in my left earplus i had a chronic infection due to an abscess in my mouth and had three teeth removed and have been on high dosages of penicillin and clindamycin

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having coronary pain radiating in the neck,arm and jaw.you might require some coronary voasodilator medicine like Sorbitrate to get relief from pain.
There might be having angina and require to consult cardiologist.
Take rest.
