I am a 33 year old female and was diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease 4 years ago. I take 400mg of plaquenil daily. I am constantly tired, even after sleeping 8-10 hours a night. I am woozy and “foggy” feeling, and often mildly nauseated. I have had a constant dull squeezing pain in my right upper abdomen/flank for about 6 months. Pelvic and renal ultrasound were normal. What would you be worried about/what should I do next? I am barely functioning I am so tired and sore.
