How Can Nasal Congestion In An Infant Be Treated?

hi Doc good noon My son which is 1 month old. has been suffering with nose block. Producing snoring type of sound while crying. Tone is bit changed while crying. consulted with pediatrician, they told it s common in infants. They prescribed nasoclear & nasivion (P).. Still getting relief for limited time. Kindly guide what should be done. Thank You
